مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية

+ هو منظمه سياسية اقتصاديه اقليميه يضم ست دول هي المملكه العربيه السعوديه ، دولة الكويت ، الامارات العربيه المتحده ، دولة قطر ، مملكة البحرين ( دولة البحرين سابقا ) ، سلطنة عمان .
+ بدأ التعاون الإعلامي بين دول المجلس قبل قيام المجلس من خلال الاجتماعات الدورية لوزراء الإعلام بدول الخليج أي وزراء الإعلام في دول مجلس التعاون حالياً بالإضافة إلى العراق ، وتم من خلال تلك الاجتماعات إنشاء ثمان مؤسسات إعلامية مشتركة هي: مؤسسة الإنتاج ألبرامجي المشترك ، جهاز تلفزيون الخليج ، وكالة أنباء الخليج ، مركز التراث الشعبي ، مركز تنسيق التدريب الإذاعي والتلفزيوني ، مركز التوثيق الإعلامي ، لجنة التنسيق والتخطيط للإعلام البترولي ، لجنة العلاقات الإعلامية الدولية (تم الاستغناء عن اللجنتين الأخيرتين بقرار من الاجتماع الثاني عشر لوزراء الإعلام بدول الخليج في أبريل 1988م ، وتوقف مركز تنسيق التدريب الذي لم يقر نظامه الأساسي من وزراء الإعلام)
+ بدأت الخطوات التنفيذيه لفكرة انشاء مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربي في مؤتمر القمة الخليجيه ، الذي عقد على هامش القمة الاسلاميه التي عقدت في الطائف حيث تم لأول مره الاتفاق مبدئيا على قيام المجلس على اساس مشاركة الدول الست .
+ عقد وزراء خارجية الدول الست مؤتمرا في الرياض بتاريخ 4 فبراير 1981 ميلاديه بعد سلسلة من الاجتماعات التحضريه سابقا ، و وقعوا في ختام اعمال ذلك المؤتمر على وثيقة اعلان قيام مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربيه .
+ تنص الماده رقم (5) من النظام الاساسي للمجلس على : ان المجلس يتكون من الدول الست التي اشتركت في اجتماع وزراء الخارجيه في الرياض في يوم 4 فبراير 1981 ميلادي .
+ جاء إنشاء مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية في الخامس والعشرين من شهر مايو عام 1981ميلادي تجسيداً لما بين الدول الأعضاء من علاقات خاصة وسمات مشتركة وأنظمة متشابهة ، أساسـها وحدة التراث والانتماء والعقيدة والمصالح المشتركة ، واقتناعاً بأن التنسيق والتعاون والتكامل فيما بينها يخدم الأهداف السامية للأمة العربية . ومن هذا المنطلق فإن تنسيق المواقف بين الـدول الأعضاء تجاه مختلف القضايا يشكل ركناً هاماً من أركان التعاون بين دول المجلس لتحقيق هذه الأهداف
+ أسهم التجانس بين دول المجلس في تمكين مجلس التعاون من تبني مواقف موحدة تجاه القضايا السياسـية ، وسياسات ترتكز على مبادئ حسن الجوار ، وعدم التدخل في الشئون الداخلية ، واحترام سـيادة كل دولة على أراضيها ومواردها ، واعتماد مبدأ الحوار السلمي وسيلة لفض المنازعات ، الأمر الذي أعطى مجلس التعاون قدراً كبيراً من المصداقية ، كمنظمة دولية فاعلة في هذه المنطقة الحيوية للعالم بأسره

Le Centre s'efforce d'atteindre ces objectifs à travers l'élaboration des études stratégiques sur l'utilisation et les plans futurs pour les questions et les besoins des jeunes, et en organisant des conférences et des colloques scientifiques et des tables rondes liées à la jeunesse, publie régulièrement une revue scientifique spécialisée dans la recherche sur la jeunesse, et Ouvrir des voies de communication entre le Centre et les centres spécialisés dans la recherche au profit des jeunes ainsi leur expertise et leur expérience à la fois arabe et international, et la coordination des programmes de formation dans les domaines de la protection de la jeunesse et à l'acquisition des diverses compétences particulières dans les domaines de l'emploi, Et le développement d'une centralisation de l'information pour les chercheurs et spécialistes dans les domaines de la jeunesse, et de surveiller tout publié sur les questions de jeunesse et de divers ouvrages et articles, de la recherche et des programmes d'information et la création d'une bibliothèque spécialisée renferme les plus importantes références scientifiques et les études relatives Dans la région du centre.
